Abstract:
To provide a skin lotion which improves subcutaneous blood circulation.
Carbonated water containing free carbon dioxide is produced by dissolving carbon dioxide in raw water from which impurities have been removed. To the carbonated water, a small amount of a first ingredient which prevents moisture from evaporating from a skin surface to retain moisture at the skin surface and a small amount of a second ingredient which inhibits dryness in stratum corneum of the skin are added to prepare the skin lotion.
