PURPOSE: A skin make-up agent, consisting essentially of a parched rice bran and further a perfume, and utilizable easily without deteriorating the characteristics of the rice bran.

CONSTITUTION: A skin make-up agent, containing a parched rice bran, and obtained by stirring a raw rice bran while removing the moisture on a heater as a main component and a perfume which may have a much weaker smell than the rice bran and is capable of deodorizing the parched rice bran, and mixing both. The resultant skin make-up agent is introduced into a bag or another package, dipped in water or warm water and used to rub the skin. Thus, the fatty substance in the parched rice bran can be transferred to the skin with the removal of the dirt, and the odor of the perfume is further transferred to give a very wet lustrous skin.

EFFECT: Stable and easily storable.
