To provide a skin material made of a thermoplastic polyolefin resin, of which the surface is excellent in frictional flaw resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and heat resistance, further excellent preferably in a uniform matting effect, and serving as a product compatible with the environment to allow use of a material incorporating carbon dioxide, and to contribute to reduction of global warming gases, in view point of a global environment.
This skin material made of a thermoplastic polyolefin resin includes a thermoplastic polyolefin resin sheet, and a top coat layer formed on the sheet directly or via a primer layer, and the top coat layer is formed of a resin composition containing, as a main component, a self-crosslinkable type polyhydroxy polyurethane resin containing a masked isocyante group in a molecule.
