Abstract:
To obtain an oral skin moisturizing agent making it possible that a person having a trouble of dry skin can easily obtain the agent and can get enough moisturizing efficacy by orally ingesting the agent, without having a side effect, and to provide a food, or the like, containing the skin moisturizing agent.
The oral skin moisturizing agent contains an extract of a plant belonging to the genus Lepidium of the family Cruciferas as an active ingredient. The oral skin moisturizing agent concretely contains an extract of Lepidium meyenii Walp as the active ingredient. Further, food, liquors, functional food, and a pharmaceutical containing the oral skin moisturizing agent are provided, respectively.
