Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin ointment having high stability and safe the skin and effective for the prevention and amelioration of aging symptom of skin and the cure of wound.
SOLUTION: One or more kinds of guarectins are included in a base for external agent. The agent is further incorporated with one or more kinds of α-hydroxycarboxylic acids or their derivatives, fibroblast growth factor, fibroblast growth promoting substance such as protein extracted from shell membrane or cortium matrix constituting protein such as one or more kinds of collagen, elastin or their derivatives. Effective fibroblast growth promoting effect can be attained by the addition of a small amount of the substance and the obtained preparation has excellent preventing and ameliorating effect on the aging symptoms of the skin such as the wrinkles and the loss of springiness and curing effect on wound.
