An electrode 10 of a skin exfoliation body as a dot of an electrode for individual biomedical treatments is provided with a protective liner 12 having a exfoliation body dot 14. The exfoliation body dot 14 has a field of a pressure-sensitive adhesive on a surface opposite to a geometrically formed surface polishing part, and the dot 14 is adhered to the protective liner 12. The geometrically formed surface polishing part is of precisely machined surface shape which is replicative of the micrometer scale to manufacture the polishing surface capable of removing a part of a horny layer of a skin of a mammal. A precise and predictable manufacturing component and a horny layer impedance reducer can be provided.
