To obtain the above soft plaster having stable shape and stretchability and free from deformation or waving in a producing process by using a fiber web consisting essentially of latent crimpable fiber and containing a small amount of adhesive fiber.

This skin plaster is obtained by entangling a fiber web consisting essentially of (A) a crimpable fiber and containing a small amount of (B) adhesive fiber by mechanical entangling means, developing crimp of the component A by heat treatment, bonding the fiber by the component B to prepare the base fabric, dissociating the bonding point by applying sliding pressure to the base fabric in a step applying a medicine to the base fabric. The skin plaster contains preferably 99-70% component A, 1-10%, especially 1-8% component B and ≤29% other fiber.
