PURPOSE: To obtain the title sheet excellent in marring resistance, formability and emboss transferability by using a specified thermoplastic olefin elastomer and a poly-1-butene resin as the constituents each in a specified amount.
CONSTITUTION: The sheet, consists of: 10-70 pts.wt. partially crosslinked thermoplastic olefin elastomer obtained by the dynamic: heat treatment of a mixture of 30-85 pts.wt. ethylene/α-olefin copolymer rubber (e.g. an ethylene/propylene/ 5-ethylidene-2norbornene terpolymer rubber), 5-60 pts.wt. PP resin, 5-25 pts.wt. PE resin and 5-30 pts.wt. hydrocarbon rubber noncrosslinkable by a peroxide (e.g. an elastomeric isobutene/isoprene copolymer) (the total of the mixture being 100 pts.wt.) in the presence of an organic peroxide [e.g. 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-di(tertbutylperoxy)hexyne]; and 30-90 pts.wt. poly-1-butene resin.
