Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: novel inhibitors of tyrosinase which inhibit the activity of tyrosinase and the overproduction of melanin; and pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and food color change inhibitors comprising the tyrosinase inhibitors.SOLUTION: The present invention provides 2,4-dihydroxybenzene analog represented by formula I. (R is a substituted pyrida-3-yl, substituted/unsubstituted pyrida-4-yl, or substituted/unsubstituted furan-3-yl. When substituted, R is substituted with 1-3 residues independently selected from a C1-C10 alkyl group, a C1-C10 alkoxy group and a hydroxyl group.)SELECTED DRAWING: None
