To provide a new skin whitening preparation, and to provide a skincare preparation good in stability, good in skin touch and having a high skin whitening effect.
The skin whitening preparation contains, as the active ingredient, juice or its evaporated-to-dryness product of Euterpe oleracea belonging to genus Euterpe of Arecaceae family. The skincare preparation comprises the above skin whitening preparation.
