Abstract:

To provide a stable skipping rope grip, eliminating lowered usability with easier changing and fixing of its length.

The skipping rope grip 11 has a cylindrical inner tube body 21 and a cylindrical outer tube body 20 covering the main part of the inner tube body 21. The inner and outer tube bodies 21 and 20 can relatively slide axially and circumferentially. A pair of protrusion bodies 32a and 32b each with a semi-circular cross section is formed at the tip opening part 30 of the outer tube body 20 on the internal surface of its side wall. There are formed on the external surface of the side wall of the inner tube body 21 a linear vertical groove 42 extended axially and lateral grooves 43a-43c extended circumferentially, being connected to the vertical groove 42 at three points. The protrusion body 32a moves while being engaged along each of the vertical groove 42 and the lateral grooves 43a-43c and the relative motion of the inner and outer tube bodies 21 and 20 is so regulated as to allow the adjustment of the overall length of the skipping rope grip 11. As formed on the internal surface of the outer tube body 20, the protrusion body 32a will not accidentally come off the lateral grooves 43a-43c.
