Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skirt guard switch inspection device for a passenger conveyer, which can automatically execute the operation inspection of a skirt guard switch with high accuracy and high reliability.SOLUTION: When an automatic inspection device built in a predetermined step automatically presses a skirt guard 202 to inspect the operation of the skirt guard switch 201 at the starting/stopping of a passenger conveyer on a predetermined date, a drive control portion (not shown) stops a predetermined step at a switch 213 position after driving each step, according to the operation of the magnet switch 213 by an instruction of a control unit 210, and then drives an air pump 204 to let air flow into a plunger 203 to extend an expanding/contracting portion. Measurement data as a result when an operation inspection on the basis of an operation sound detection result of the switch 201 from a microphone 206 when pressing the guard 202 so as to operate the switch 201, and a pressing force detection result to the guard 202 by a plunger 203 from a pressure sensor 207 are recorded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
