A plurality of main wheels 12 are provided so as to travel on one of the two rails, a plurality of fixing springs 13 are provided between a base 11 and each main wheel 12 so as to extend in the width direction of one rail while holding each main wheel 12 on both sides, a pair of guide rollers 14 are provided on the base 11 so as to roll while holding one rail on both sides during travelling, a pair of rocking members 16 are provided on the base 11 to be positioned on a fixing position for retreating relative to one rail side face and on an open position away from the side face so as to hold one rail on both sides, and a boring means 17 is provided to the base 11 so as to bore the track slab in the direction vertical relative to the surface of the track slab, constituting a slab boring device.
