Abstract:

To provide a slab structure of a multiple dwelling house, capable of eliminating a floor step in a room while securing the ceiling height, capable of changing a position of a water section facility, and capable of enhancing a degree of freedom of changing room arrangement, by mainly adopting a direct floor construction method.

In this multiple dwelling house, a plurality of dwelling unit divisions 1 are continuously arranged in the beam direction by sandwiching a house boundary wall 2, and are layered and arranged in the vertical direction, and have a common corridor for continuously communicating the respective dwelling unit divisions in the horizontal direction, and a water section such as a bathroom and a toilet is arranged in an intermediate area in the span direction of the respective dwelling unit divisions. Among a slab for horizontally partitioning the dwelling unit divisions 1 layered in the vertical direction, the intermediate area in the span direction of the respective dwelling unit divisions 1, is formed into a recessed slab 9b for lowering a slab surface more than inner slabs 9a and 9a on both sides in the span direction. The recessed slab 9b is arranged in a state of continuing in the beam direction in the same width as the recessed slab 9b of the adjacent dwelling unit divisions 1. An unbond PC steel material 13 is respectively and continuously arranged in the beam direction in the recessed slab 9b and the inner slabs 9a and 9a on both sides in the span direction so that prestress is introduced.
