To provide slacks having hip-up function with which the two bulges of the wearer's buttocks along an appropriate hip line and the cleavage between the two bulges become remarkably obvious, and which is extremely readily wearable.

The slacks have the following structure: V-shaped right and left belt bodies are formed of a stretchable woven fabric, the valley bottom of the center cross line of the right and left belt bodies is positioned at the upper portion of the inner crotch part and also at the position equal to or lower than the hip top line, and the right and left side edges of the belt bodies are respectively sewn up on the side lines and/or the waist line of the body part fabric. The lower part of the center cross line between the right and left belt bodies is formed so as to be open within a specific length. Each opened edge is partially sewn up on each of the inner parts of the right and left body parts. The valley bottom of the center cross line of the V-shaped right and left belt bodies is formed into two-stage sharp and gentle inclinations whose border line parts are joined to each other via slightly stretchable strings or fabric pieces.
