Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a slag air-cooling device which enables the solidifying of a melted slag to be discharged from a waste melting/treating furnace into pellets by cooled air.
CONSTITUTION: A melted slag of a waste melting furnace is made to flow out to a carrying surface 6 of a vibration conveyor 3 through which a cooling medium passes to be cooled being conveyed by vibration. The carrying surface 6 is formed in a staircase to blow air for cooling from a stepped wall surface thereof.
