Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slag granulation plant in the industrial waste melting treatment for reducing costs of equipment and installation, equipment running cost, and maintenance cost by reducing related equipment and piping therefor and setting an equipment installation area only inside a granulation pit.
SOLUTION: In the granulation plant, thermal decomposition treatment is applied to the waste in a shaft furnace type thermal decomposition melting furnace, and the discharged melt is granulated in the granulation pit. Inside the granulation pit, a submerged pump for splaying slag and a cooler for granulating water inside the pit are provided.
