Title:
Slanting board type liquid pressure rotary machine
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP6010428
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swash plate type hydraulic rotary machine capable of reducing shocking change or variation of fluid pressure generated when an intake stroke and a discharging stroke are changed over and reducing noise even if fluid flows out of a clearance at a spherical joint part.SOLUTION: A swash plate type hydraulic rotary machine comprises: a cylinder block installed in a casing in such a way that it is integrally rotated with a rotating shaft and formed with a plurality of cylinders spaced apart in a circumferential direction; a plurality of pistons inserted into each of the cylinders in the cylinder block in such a way that they can be reciprocated; oil passing holes arranged in an axial direction in each of the pistons; a shoe installed at a protrusion end of each of the pistons through a spherical joint part and having a static pressure pocket; a swash plate formed with a sliding surface where each shoe slides at the surface facing the cylinder block; an inner space part arranged inside the spherical joint part; a first restriction arranged at the spherical joint part so as cause one side of the inner space part to be communicated with the oil passing holes; and a second restriction arranged at a shoe to cause the other end of the inner space to be communicated with the static pressure pocket.
