Abstract:
To provide a slave device configured to properly store a data value of specific data acquired from a machine in an address.SOLUTION: A slave device 4 includes: an acquisition unit 16 which acquires a plurality of pieces of data related to a machine 6 from the machine 6; a storage unit 20 which stores correspondence information 24 indicating a correspondence relation between a plurality of data items indicating items of the plurality of pieces of data, a plurality of addresses allocated to the plurality of pieces of data, and a plurality of data values indicating values of the plurality of pieces of data stored in the plurality of addresses, respectively; and a control unit 18 which determines, when the acquisition unit 16 acquires specific data, a specific address of the plurality of addresses, as a storage location of a data value of the specific data, in accordance with whether the data item of the specific data is coincident with one of the plurality of data items in the correspondence information 24, and stores the data value of the specific data in the determined specific address.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
