Title:
SLED TO STEER BY MOVEMENT OF BODY WEIGHT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP08258719
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To steer a sled sledding on a slope by movement of body weight by forming linear protruded parts and curved protruded parts on specified positions on a bottom surface of a plate, a front part and a rear part of which are warped on the sled to sled on the slope.

CONSTITUTION: Linear protruded parts 2 and curved protruded parts 3 are formed on the bottom surface of an egg shaped plate 1 seen from a plan front part and a rear part of which are warped on a sled to sled along a slope. At this time, a plural number of the linear protruded parts 2 are mutually formed in parallel from the front part to a middle part, and the curved protruded parts 3 are formed by positioning them from an extreme rear part to left and right outsiders. In case of sledding linearly, the sled is made to sled by making the linear protruded parts 2 bite in a snow surface by way of putting body weight on the front part to the middle part, and in case of changing a course, directional change is made by making the front part and the middle part in a floating state by putting the body weight on the left or the right of the rear part and making the curved protruded parts 3 bite in the snow surface.
