PURPOSE: To provide a sleeping bag type comfortable sauna bath equipped with a bag in a sleeping bag and capable of going in and out when one takes a bath.

CONSTITUTION: A sleeping bag type sauna bath is provided with a sleeping bag 1, a permeable bag body 2 set in the sleeping bag 1 keeping a space in which a human body can be laid and a warm wind blower 3 to send warm wind to the bag body 2. A slide fastener 18 to open from the neck part toward the foot part is set in the sleeping bag. The bag body 2 is formed in U-shape separated at the tip corresponding to the slide fastener 1a of the sleeping bag 1 and has a permeable partition body 2b inside.
