Healthcare is executed by using a sleeping condition monitoring apparatus for measuring the user's sleeping condition at home including a pressure waveform acquisition part 10 for acquiring the pressure waveform from a pressure detection part in contact with the body of the user, a pulsation extraction part 22 for extracting the pulsating waveform by performing a prescribed process on the pressure waveform, a pulsation interval calculating part 24 for calculating the pulsation interval, and a sleeping stage determining part 26 for determining the sleeping stage, a level of the sleeping depth of the user, from the pulsation interval; and by collecting data of the pulsation interval during the sleep via a computer network.
