To propose a sleeve cloth for windsurfing, having good following property to deflection of a pole which occurs by operation of sail, rapidly restoring to original shape also when the pole is restored, scarcely forming crease in a circumferential direction of the pole and enabling comfortable windsurfing.

The sleeve cloth is a woven fabric composed of a polyester filament yarn. The woven fabric is woven in a weft double cloth structure and one side surface (A surface) of the weft double cloth structure is woven in plain-woven structure and the other side surface (B surface) is woven in any one structure of twill weave, sateen weave and crepe weave or its variation structure and surface friction coefficients (μ) in warp direction and weft direction of the surface B are each 0.2-0.6 and elongation in warp direction and weft direction under load of 35 pounds in moist condition are each 1-3% and at least one side surface of the woven fabric in which elongation in diagonal line direction under the load is 10-25% is hard finished with a resin.
