Abstract:
To improve the productivity by facilitating manufacture of a sleeve for cylinder by disposing with a core in manufacturing the sleeve for cylinder used for an internal combustion engine by molding.
When molding a cylinder barrel, each of sleeves 1 for cylinder integrally incorporated by casting to the cylinder barrel is manufactured by molding. The sleeves 1 for cylinder have parting parts 3 on their outer peripheral surfaces and inner peripheral surfaces of middle parts in their axial directions. At least the parting parts 3 of the sleeves 1 are formed into projecting shape.
