To provide a sleeve device capable of easily and accurately installing a sleeve between molds.

A sleeve device 4 is a device for forming a through part 3 on a concrete wall 2, and includes a sleeve 5 equipped between molds 1a, 1c and constituting the through part 3 inside and a sleeve fixture 6 for fixing the sleeve 5 to the molds 1a, 1c. The sleeve fixture 6 is detachably fitted to the other end 5b opposite to one end 5a to be the side of one mold 1a of the sleeve 5, and includes a fixture body 6a for closing the other end 5b and a flange 601 projected from the fixture body 6a. Then, a bolt member 7 passing through the inside of the sleeve 5 can pass through the fixture body 6a, and the fixture body 6a is provided with a female screw member 8 with which the bolt member 7 is screwed. Then, on the outer side of the molds 1a, 1c, nuts 9, 10 are screwed to respective end sides of the bolt member 7.
