To provide a sleeve device capable of easily attaching and detaching a blocking-up cover, by always arranging graduations for indicating a rotational position in a predetermined position, without impairing design performance in a room, even when installing the blocking-up cover unused over a long period.
A sleeve device includes a substrate and a blocking-up cover attachable-detachable to the substrate. The blocking-up cover has a cylindrical part inserted into the inner periphery of the substrate. Mutual fixing means are provided on the inner periphery of the substrate and the outer periphery of the cylindrical part. The fixing means is constituted of a guide rail and a swelling part for moving in response to relative rotation between the substrate and the blocking-up cover. The guide rail is provided with a rail part having an inclined part for sliding the swelling part so that the blocking-up cover moves to the front side, a first projection part of projecting to the front side on the trailing end of the rail part, a second projection part of projecting to the rear surface side from the rail part, and a fixing surface for regulating the blocking-up cover in moving to the front side by abutting on the swelling part.
