To provide a sleeve fixture constructed to a new structure for easily and efficiently performing the work of temporarily securing a sleeve to a form, and a new method of forming a through-hole in a concrete structure part using the fixture.

The sleeve fixture 1 comprises a guide splice piece 2 of an arcuate cross section that can be applied to either the outer or inner peripheral wall surface of a sleeve 5 at an end edge thereof; and a pressing splice piece 3 elastically deformable in such a way as to clamp the end edge of the sleeve between itself and the guide splice piece, with the splice pieces being integrated together by a fixing flange 4 which is drawn to the far side of the sleeve's cylindrical shape and which has a temporary fixing part 41 in an appropriate position.
