To provide a filling and repairing sleeve fixture equipped with bottom plate for a floor sleeve for concrete construction.
In a conventional concrete construction, a sleeve of 2-size up to a pipe diameter is used as the sleeve (mainly, cardboard tube) to be preliminarily put in the floor of a form body in a route for passing the pipe, and the clearance is filled with mortar after the extension of the pipe. The application of a mortar receiving plate to the ceiling surface of the lower floor necessary therefor requires a high skill because of elevated position work, and the plate is removed after fixation of mortar and finally disposed as refuse. A series of such processes has a large time loss because of many construction positions for one building, which results in an increase in cost. This sleeve fixture comprises a bottom plate formed of a hard material, a sleeve receiver formed by vertically raising the circumferential end of the bottom plate, and a disc-like support part and collar formed by further bending the upper end outward to provide the mortar receiving plate of the structure never fallen when buried in concrete.
