This sleeve forming sheet 20 is arranged outside a thermally expansible refractory material 15 so as to form the through section structure T in a refractory cavity wall W. The sleeve forming sheet 20 has a rectangular sheet-like sheet body 21 which can be cylindrically molded along a peripheral wall surface 11b of a partition wall 11 and which is formed in a size large enough to close the whole opening of a cavity section 12 directed toward the through-hole 14. Additionally, the sleeve forming sheet 20 is provided with positioning pieces 22, which are fixed to a wall surface 11c of the partition wall 11 to position the sheet body 21 arranged along the peripheral wall surface 11b in the through-hole 14, provided at both edges elongated in the long side direction of the sheet body 21. The positioning piece 22 is formed to be capable of being bent from any position in its length direction.
