Abstract:
To provide a sleeve roller which prevents electrostatic charge when using the sleeve roller, allows repeated rewinding of a rubber material and inhibits to the minimum declination and displacement of a sleeve and a mandrel without complicating structures of both the sleeve and the mandrel by generating a strong holding power between the sleeve and the mandrel.
The sleeve roller is provided with metal mandrels 11 and 12, a carbon fiber reinforced plastic sleeve 13, and an electrically conductive rubber layer 14 formed on an outer peripheral surface of the carbon fiber reinforced plastic sleeve.
