Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance water cutoff performance of a through-hole of an external wall.SOLUTION: This is a sleeve structure for penetrating a facility pipeline 17 in an external wall 2 of a building. The sleeve structure includes: a through-hole 11 for communicating between an external surface 2o on an outdoor side So of the external wall 2 and an internal surface 2i on an indoor side Si of the external wall 2; a sleeve pipe 12 disposed at the through-hole 11, and guiding the facility pipeline 17; an elastic member 13 for forming a recess part 26 which is recessed from the external surface 2o between the sleeve pipe 12 and the through-hole 11 by being arranged in a compressed state between the sleeve pipe 12 and the through-hole 11 in a position further receded to the inner surface 2i side than the external surface 2o; and a sealing material 14 filled in the recess part 26.
