Abstract:
To provide a slewing gear efficiently rotating even in a condition where a flow rate and pressure greatly change.
A rotor 32 is arranged in a casing 31 in a concentric state, and a raised part 31a is formed on the inside wall of the casing 31. A plurality of elastic vanes are arranged on the rotor 32, and the respective vanes are pressed by elastic force and always come into contact with the inside wall of the casing 31. When the difference between pressure of an inlet side and that of an outlet side is imparted to the vanes, rotational energy is obtained by rotating the rotor 32 in a predetermined direction by making the cross-sectional area of a flow passage different by the raised part 31a.
