PURPOSE: To improve the accuracy of finishing by correcting the local deflection of a blade on the basis of the results of detection of the whole blade deflection- quantity detecting means by a blade deflection correction means.
CONSTITUTION: In the constitution of a slicing device, three positions of a section near the inlet section P1, a section near the outlet section P2 and a section near the central section P3 of the work cutting section of a blade 10 are provided with blade deflection-quantity detecting sensors 20, 21, 24. Sections near the blade deflection-quantity detecting sensors 20, 21 near the inlet section P1 and near the outlet section P2 are provided with blade deflection correction means 25, 26 respectively. Each blade deflection correction means 25, 26 is organized so as to inhibit local deflection on the basis of the results of detection of the three blade deflection-quantity detecting sensors 20, 21, 24 respectively, thus correcting local deflection near the outlet section P2 or correcting local deflection near the inlet section P1.
