The handle 4 includes a grip 5 at the upper end, and is vertically slid along an outside case, and a spindle extending upward is mounted to a guide. The handle is vertically disposed with a pair of two zigzag chains, the upper zigzag chain has an upper end fixed and a lower end formed as a free end, the lower zigzag chain has a lower end fixed and an upper end formed as a free end. In the upper and lower zigzag chains, a plurality of links are connected to each other through shafts in a bending manner, the spindle is engaged to be held between the shafts, staggered at predetermined intervals, of the two upper and lower zigzag chains, and a clamp releasing plate is provided between the upper and lower free ends to push up or down the free ends.
