Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide bearing which can prevent the contact of a thrust washer and a thrust face of a crank shaft.SOLUTION: A slide bearing is formed of a cylinder block 12 and a bearing cap 13 which is arranged at a lower part of the cylinder block 12, half-cut members 14 are arranged at internal peripheral faces of the cylinder block 12 and the bearing cap 13, a thrust washer 20 is arranged at least at one of the half-cut members 14 at the cylinder block 12 side, the thrust washer 20 is formed into a circular shape which is smaller than an angle of 180 degrees, a circumferential end 20c of the thrust washer 20 at a downstream side of a rotating direction is formed while being separated from a mating face between the cylinder block 12 and the bearing cap 13 by a prescribed length D1, a texture 25 is arranged on a surface of the thrust washer 20 in the axial direction, and the texture 25 is formed at least up to the circumferential end 20c at the downstream side of the rotating direction.
