Abstract:
To prevent separation of a washer attached to a half-split bearing.SOLUTION: A half-split bearing 11 has a recessed portion 112a, a recessed portion 112b and a recessed portion 112c penetrated from an outer peripheral face to an inner peripheral face, and a washer 12 has a projecting portion 122a, a projection portion 122b and a projecting portion 122c at an inner peripheral face side. The projecting portion 122a is inserted to the recessed portion 112a, the projecting portion 122b is inserted to the recessed portion 112b, and the projecting portion 122c is inserted to the projecting portion 112c. On an axial end face 111 of the half-split bearing 11, positions of the projecting portion 122a, the projecting portion 122b and the projecting portion 122c observed from the axial direction are pressed, thus the recessed portion 112a, the recessed portion 112b and the recessed portion 112c are deformed, and the projecting portion 122a, the projecting portion 122b and the projecting portion 122c are caulked to be fixed to the half-split bearing 11. As the projecting portion 122a, the projecting portion 122b and the projecting portion 122c are fixed to the half-split bearing 11, the washer 12 is not separated from the half-split bearing 11 even when force is acted on the washer 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
