Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide device for a seat which is capable of relaxing stress concentration that occurs in a movable rail.SOLUTION: A radius of curvature of each of bent parts 5F and 5G at end portions of a movable rail 5 in a longitudinal direction is greater than a radius of curvature of each of the bent parts 5F and 5G at portions shifted from the end portions toward the center in the longitudinal direction. This makes it possible to relax stress concentration at the end portions in the longitudinal direction of the movable rail 5 at which a bending moment is most likely to become large.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
