Abstract:
To accurately evaluate a separation phenomenon on a sliding boundary surface.SOLUTION: A first holding part 21 of a slide evaluation device 1 holds a first object 91. A second holding part 22 holds a second object 92 contacting the first object 91. A displacement mechanism 3 displaces the first holding part 21 in a sliding direction. A displacement measuring part 4 measures the displacement of the first object 91 in the sliding direction caused by the displacement mechanism 3. A load measuring part 51 measures a load applied to the first object 91 by the displacement mechanism 3 in the sliding direction. In accordance with arithmetic operation based on measurement results of the displacement measuring part 4 and the load measuring part 51, an arithmetic operation part obtains a speed non-dependent factor of slide resistance between the first object 91 and the second object 92, or, a factor which is non-dependent on a loading rate or speed of contact rigidity between the first object 91 and the second object 92, as a slide evaluation value. Accordingly, a separation phenomenon on a sliding boundary surface can be accurately evaluated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
