Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the slide gate of capable of easily mounting/demounting, changing, positioning and having high reliable function.
SOLUTION: The slide gate has a fire proof plate 4 of projecting shape in cross section and arranged with a flow passage 4b for molten metal piercing through in the thickness direction at the projecting part 4a, a metal case 5 mounted/fixed in fitted state to cover a flat part at a projecting face side and outer peripheral face of the fire proof plate 4 and a metal frame 7 having a through hole 7a to fit the projecting part 4a of the fire proof plate 4 and to mount/support slidable a flat face and outer peripheral face of the metal case 5 mounted/fixed to the fire proof plate 4. Mounting support in fitted state of the fire proof plate arranged with the metal case 5 for the metal frame 7 is executed in sliding fit connecting of a metal case face 5b at an outer peripheral of the fire proof plate.
