PURPOSE: To enable the continuation of a high-magnification microscopy in succession to a low-magnification microscopy to be carried out and to improve working efficiency by freely attachably and detachably mounting a translucent sheet on the rear surface of a slide glass part opposite to the front surface for carrying a specimen.

CONSTITUTION: The translucent sheet 20 formed out of an org. polymer into which fine particles of ceramic, etc., are incorporated is freely removably attached to the rear surface of the slide glass part 10 having a standardized size and an L-shaped part 21 on one end side in the longitudinal direction of this translucent sheet 20 is detained to one side end edge 11 of the slide glass part 10. The micro-through-holes of a filter membrane are optically erased with diffused light and the precise microscopy of the only specimen is executed when a preparation is formed by utilizing the slide glass part 1 attaching the translucent sheet 20 and is subjected to the microscopy of a low magnification. The translucent sheet 20 is detached and an objective lens is brought to a position extremely near the preparation to avoid visual recognition of the fine through-holes in order to execute the microscopy of a high magnification in succession thereto. The exact microscopy is thus executed.
