Abstract:
To provide a slide guiding device which can prevent the degradation of sliding smoothness due to dust even when using for a long period, and an air chuck using the same.SOLUTION: A slide guiding device includes a slide base having a concave part with a U-shaped cross section and a concave bearing part provided over both side walls of the concave part, a slider stored in the concave part of the slide base and having a concave shaft contact part formed over both sides, and a columnar slide body arranged between the concave bearing part of the slide base and the concave shaft contact part of the slider, the slider being assembled slidably on the slide base. On each of the surface the concave bearing part and the surface of the concave shaft contact part, a plurality of linear protrusion parts are formed. The air chuck includes two sliders arranged in the slide guiding device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
