PURPOSE: To reduce the cost and improve the reliability of a product by accomplishing the operations of a clutch lever, which is operative to transmit and separate the rotations of a motor to and from a slide interchanging large gear, without the use of a plunger.

CONSTITUTION: When one operation button 32 is depressed from the condition, in which a slide frame 48 is charged in a photographic position, a slide lever 11 is moved leftward, and a lock pin 22 is accordingly moved leftward into engagement with a lock lever 25 so that the slide lever 11 is retained in its position. In response to the leftward movement of an operating pin 20, a clutch lever 5 is turned counterclockwise, and the rotations of a moter 1 are transmitted through a clutch pulley 3 and a clutch spring 8 to a clutch gear 4 so that the large gear 41 starts its counterclockwise rotations. The rotations of the gear 41 are converted by the actions of a pin 44 and a cross bar 45 into linear motions, and a push arm 47 and a return arm 50 are moved together with a slide arm 46 so that the slide frame 48 is accommodated in a trya 49.
