On both ends in a thickness direction of an inner rail 20 and a slide table 30 composing a slide mechanism 10 are formed bent portions 22 and 32 with a V-shaped cross-section. The bent portions 22 and 32 are respectively composed of a pair of bent portions 22a and 22b and a pair of 32a and 32b that incline so as to vertically approach each other toward outside in a width direction of the slide table 30. In space S at which the pair of bent portions 22a and 22b of the inner reil 20 are facing to the pair of bent portions 32a and 32b of the slide table 30, are formed a plurality of roller units 40. The roller units 40 comprise a roller group 41 composed of a plurality of rollers 41a arranged along the sliding direction of the slide table 30 and a retainer 43 for retaining the roller group 41.
