Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide operating type switch having a good operation feeling by preventing chattering of an operating unit with a simple constitution.
SOLUTION: A fixed contact piece 6 is vertically provided in a bottom surface of a synthetic-resin-made wafer 1, this wafer 1 is coated with a metal plate-made cover 4 formed as a frame unit. A pair of slide pieces 4a are formed to be bent in one side surface of this cover 4, an opening 8 is formed between these slide pieces 4a. In a synthetic-resin-made operating unit 2, a drive part 2a holding a movable contact piece 3, knob part 2b protruded from one side surface of this drive part 2a and a shield plate 2c positioned between these drive part 2a and knob part 2b are integrally molded, a protrusion 2d is formed in a reverse surface of this shield plate 2c. The drive part 2a is arranged in the inside of the cover 4, a slide piece 4a of the cover 4 is interposed by one side surface of this drive part 2a and the protrusion 2d of the shield plate 2c, also a space S is formed between the other side surface of the drive part 2a and the cover 4.
