Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plate type heat pipe realizing sufficient cooling performance even in top heat mode and a cooling structure employing it.
SOLUTION: Heat exchanger columnar parts 130-132 and a metallic porous body 15 are arranged in a plate type heat pipe 10 wherein the metallic porous body 15 touches one of the heat exchanger columnar parts 130-132 exhibiting maximum heat absorption. The metallic porous body 15 or one of the heat exchanger columnar parts, 130-132 exhibiting maximum heat absorption touches the liquid phase part of a working fluid regardless of the attitude of the plate type heat pipe 10.
