Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide seal in which first and second flow passage parts in which fluid circulates have a relatively fine shape, and which even when a gap between end parts of respective members is greatly changed, can prevent fluid to be sealed from leaking from the gap.SOLUTION: A rubber-like elastic slide seal 21 for sealing an annular gap 27 between an end part of a first flow passage part 19 and an end part of a second flow passage part 20 forming a flow passage of fluid 15 includes: an annular slide part 30 that closely contacts with a first inner peripheral surface 32 forming a flow passage of the first flow passage part 19, and is formed in a slidable manner in a center line direction of the first flow passage part 19 with respect to the inner peripheral surface 32; and an annular fixation part 31 that is connected to the slide part 30, and closely contacts with an annular seal end surface 34 formed continuously with a second inner peripheral surface 35 forming a flow passage of the second flow passage part 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
