Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a device which has simple type structure and is cheap, by providing the first and the second supporting faces which support a shaft slidably to a central axle from one side and the third supporting face, which supports the shaft slidably from the other side, between the first and the second supporting faces in a plastic molded bracket.
CONSTITUTION: A shaft 2 is supported by supporting parts a, c, b that are three discontinuous supporting faces of a bracket 1. The supporting parts a-c consist of a half devided face of a cylindrical concave face which is as large as the shaft 2 fits in it, and supporting faces a, c are provided pointing downward and a supporting face b is provided pointing upward such as it positions between the supporting faces a, c. the shaft 2 is possible to move by the supporting faces a-c, and force is transmitted to a component 3 which positions at an edge of the shaft 2, when force is added to an axial direction A. Non- taper supporting face is obtained even in plastic forming by dividing the supporting part into three, and it is possible to make the component cost and assembling cost low as one shaft can be supported by one bracket.
