A circular domed movable contact 4 is placed on a fixed contact 2 on the bottom face of a box-shaped switch case 1 and an elastic drive body 6, made of an elastic metal sheet generally in the form of a triangle where the end of a short third side 9 confronts the middle of a long first side 7 with a predetermined gap therebetween, is supported on top of the circular domed movable contact 4 by means of the inner peripheral wall of the switch case 1, in such a manner that a projecting part 7B on the center lower surface of the first side 7 abuts against a center apex part 4A of the circular domed movable contact 4 and moreover becomes parallel to the bottom face. Also, an operating body 13 held against a lid plate 14, which closes an opening in the switch case 1, is arranged so that its upper operating lever part 13B projects from a straight opening 14A in the lid plate 14, and so that a projecting part 13A on its lower surface is placed on a hypotenuse of the second side 8 of the elastic drive body 6.
