To provide a slide switch structure, which is capable of stably positioning a shield member, without increasing the thickness of a case nor deteriorating waterproof of an upper surface of the case and a lower surface of a slide knob, and which has satisfactory assembling workability.

The slide switch has the case 6 having a sliding hole 6d; a slide knob 7 slidably fitted to the outer surface of the case 6, where a shaft part 7a is inserted to the sliding hole 6d; a shielding member 8, having an inserting hole 8a for inserting the shaft part 7a and arranged between the lower surface of the slide knob 7 and the outer surface of the case 6; and a contact member 9 engaged with the shaft part 7a and arranged inside the case 6. The shielding member 8 is engaged slidably with the shaft part 7a together with the slide knob 7, and on the outside of the inserting hole 8a, a ring-shaped projection 8b is formed at the outside of the outer periphery of the sliding hole 6d.
