A switch panel 1, installed in a body to which it is attached, a switch-operating element composing material 2, in which an axial element 2b extended from an operation knob element 2a pierces the switch panel 1 and is provided with its sliding possible to the switch panel 1, a first sheet element material 3 whose surface adhered to the back of the operation knob element 2a of the switch-operating element composing material 2 is water repellent, a second sheet element material 4 whose surface adhered to the surface of the switch panel 1 is water repellent and an elastic element composing material 5, which is connected with the axis element 2b of the switch-operating element composing material 2 are provided. The elastic element composing material 5 brings the water-repellent surface of the first sheet element composing material 3 with its elastic force, into intimate contact with the water-repellent surface, facing the former of the second sheet element composing material 4.
